What is Primel Human Training?

The purpose of Primel Human Training (PHT) is to reintroduce and/or build on basic, daily practices the human body and mind need to maintain optimum function.  The main purpose is to increase our ability to manage uncertainty, stress, and more energy no matter the situation or circumstance.  We can't eliminate fear or guarantee safety, we can become better able to manage and respond to it.

It is a simple system where I have gathered information and organized it in a way to create both structure and accountability.

  • Do you want to drastically improve the daily quality of your life? 
  • Do you want more confidence in your self and less of that out of control feeling? 
  • Do you want to choose personal responsibility of what you can do instead of anger and rage at what others are doing to you?

There are THREE PRIMARY GOALS as PROCESS to PHT:
      ❒ Create a Structure
      ❒ Build in Accountability
      ❒ Provide a Source of Consistent Reminders and Motivation


PHT will not provide you with exact solutions, guaranteed outcomes, or perfect health and safety so that you can survive anything.

This is a ONE YEAR Program designed to be repeated to maximize and reinforce the practices that create stability, health, and optimum management for what lies ahead.

After more than 30 years of working with people this is the ONE THING I KNOW to be true:
It isn't 'what to do' - it is actually doing 'it' every day, or at least regularly.


Here is a really simple way to describe our goal here.  We all have different desires in how we want to live this life.  What we are doing here is creating daily discipline and a long term strategy to build that life.

In addition, resources for further and more in depth research and study will be included for those who want to learn more.

It's your life and your road culture story to live. 

What are the Four Core Areas We Cover?

1.  The Nervous System
2.  The Heart and Brain
3.  Posture and Alignment
4.  Chemical, Electrical, and Magnetic Systems


Why is this important or different from normal 'wellness' information?

Most wellness or health systems rely on conventional wisdom that is considered 'safe' to talk about or recommended by businesses wanting to minimize risk or appeal to the widest majority of customers.  However, science is discovering much of what was believed to be true for humans, is not.  At the same time, science is 'discovering' nature has a design that works - only now it can be proven.

What you will find here are not complicated systems or expensive practices - rather it is a return to how nature designed us to live, simply and mostly outside.  When these basic and foundational practices are put back into our daily lives, amazing things can happen!  In addition, they will support the work we are doing to evolve and become stronger and more agile in body and mind.

For many of us, much damage has already been done by not living as we were designed to live.  However, it's never too late to learn to live in a new way and create not only benefits - but quality of life we never knew we could have!  At least, that is what happened for me!!!
