Really nice choice of music today. i have been on a schedule with you now for a good time. Primarily, i attribute that to waking early.
The breathing focus for the month and the discipline requried are becoming easier. Where i am falling short is the walk. My dog is mad at me also for the missing morning walk. i am back on track today and hope life will flow in the same direction. Thank you for what you are doing.

I was an avid walker for years. Then one day I just stopped. That was 8 years ago. The little dog is hoping I go and hoping I take her along too.
I'll work at no shallow breaths but focus on deep breathing instead.
