 Howdy to YOU All! It is time to check in, refocus, and keep getting ready for whatever may come. This is a new month and so we are back to our feet. Just turned 70 and i know that i will not be walking away on the future, if it ever gets here, that is. My pelvis has always been out of line because of a lifetime of scoliosis and i sometimes experience pain from plantar fasciitis, especially after long walks with my dogs. Comments are closed.
