Things are changing a bit based on your feedback and my learning curve!
#1 is going to be for those who are short on time SUNDAY will be the day with the FULL week's information in it.
This way you only have to check in once a week or if you want to go back over the last month, you can just find SUNDAY's under the Category section of the blog.
Next, I'm going to be separating the content from "info i want to share" and the LEARNING SECTIONS - video and audio - so that you don't have to wade through anything you aren't interested in! I know a few of you listen more than once, so this way you can do that more efficiently!

So what does that leave to do the other five days of our program? I will be focusing on the FOCUS WALK PURGE process in our morning check in podcasts.
In thinking about all the info I want to share, #1 is to get us all on a 24 hour cycle in what we: THINK DO FEEL in that time frame.
#2 is to end the month with adding ONE New Habit that will create positive change in our PRIMEL HUMAN work to get strong, sane, and stable!
Wrapping it up...
What is most important for me is to create a format for you that works, no matter what your level of interest, time, or ability is to focus on these ideas over the course of a year together.
There is no right or wrong way to do any of this! Only your way which is my honor to serve as best I can!
