 Hola mi amigos/amigas We are back. There is a theme with the pictures this week - do you see it? Not hard to get, but important to remember. I have no idea what crazy is around the corner for us all this coming week. As I post we are moving past the pandemic and into the riots and I fear soon something more will be facing us. I doube there is any end to the insanity for the near future.  We cover trauma in January, when we talk about the nervous system. But for many it is happening or will be happening to you or someone you love. I hope not, but if so, there is much you can do to support you and others.
