Did you know that horses get out of alignment, have bad movement habits, and thus get in a lot of pain? Basic principles apply to all of life - even the grasshoppers I see dragging themselves around on three lets by the end of every season.
Okay, who cares? I do for them and for you. Life keeps moving regardless, but why make it hurt more than it has too? This week the focus is all about doing the work - the exercises themselves to both put you back into alignment and keep you there.
