Road Crew Video for the Week:
Our focus this week is to use breathing as a way to calm ourselves - be it for practice or in crisis. Even though we are on the brink of spring, outside snow drifts make great reasons to practice breathing while we sit by the fire or look out the window at what nature offers up this time of year.
March is Belly Breathing
This month our technique to practice is 'belly breathing' - and its inspiration comes from watching the way babies breath. I ran across this picture below in an article that top tier trainers ($600/hr+) are working with pro clients on how to breathe based on how children naturally position themselves. Look how much money you just saved!
Which reminds me of this point: Do not mistake the simplicity of the information you find here with its value added when you apply it to your life.
