 Welcome back and here we go again! Last week we covered trauma, this week we are doing two things: ONE) Vagal Tone by getting practical. TWO) More nervous system topics. I wanted to make a video this week, but.... and for some unknown reason the webhost is doing this weird haunted images of the past thing.... so I am taking a break to see if that will reset the whole thing or you will be seeing one set of images for EVER!!!
