It's that time again when we check in, say hello, and gear up for what I hope will be a great week - 24 hours at a time! This week we are focusing on very practical stuff regarding our breath and breathing techniques. Or, walking our talking!
I am sure none of us are missing the headlines out in the world and their anxiety provoking impact! We knew it was going to be a rollercoaster of a year, and so far - yes.
With that said, that is what we are here for - both crisis and calm require the same skill set. The best thing you can do for your self is get ready with as many skills as you can!
There is a LOT of information no matter what you choose to focus on, that is your choice and one I am so happy you are making!

It is a brand new month, habit, topic, and almost a new season! This week we are doing an overview of breath and breathing. When you look at the PHT material there are some choices on how you want to use your time this month to FOCUS and take Action!
It also seems like the graphics are mosly working again - yay! We are moving now towars a new season and with that comes more light, time outside, and fresh air - all perfect companions for the topic and habit this month.... our lungs will love us for it!
