We are back!Not much has changed out in the world in a week even though lots has changed! But this week we talk about more than CV19 - at least mostly! I hope you are all well and ready to get back to it! As I said in the email, technically I am calling in sick this week:) With that said - and me doing biting my fingers to not over explain... the plan for this week is all yours to decide and do the work of. There is SOOOO much info on this site and I know the weekly audio is too much for many of you. Take this week off, catch up if you want, download, or research and learn more about what you want to know to make your life better! This is our last feet week and next month is connective tissue - which I am having a first hand reminder on lately. The July is a whole new quarter and then the plan is to wind down in August - as we see what the world holds for us. With that, have a great week and I will see you soon in one form or another! I hope everyone is doing well. I will be honest, this week the audio was a bit of a struggle to do in terms of what to talk about. You will probably pick that up with the themes we go over this week. We are still on 'feet' for the month, but I know it is hard to focus on that all month and while it is good to have something as a daily practice for our feet - our habit also this month - too much else is going on! Let's keep our peace focus on track while we navigate all the chaos that surrounds us. This week is all about agility and faith to focus, take action, and then to let go of.
