Did you know that horses get out of alignment, have bad movement habits, and thus get in a lot of pain? Basic principles apply to all of life - even the grasshoppers I see dragging themselves around on three lets by the end of every season.
Okay, who cares? I do for them and for you. Life keeps moving regardless, but why make it hurt more than it has too? This week the focus is all about doing the work - the exercises themselves to both put you back into alignment and keep you there.
There are LOTS of links, find what works for you and just add one tiny stretch at a time - and get that body back in line!
As for the rest of our life and the insanity all around us... I hope you are all doing well, finding your way thru, and making the best of an impossible situation for so many!
Everything we do here is to get you as ready as you can be - we can't know the future, we can know how to prepare and train for it!!!

Good Morning or Day to You ALL!
It is a week or so - I know my delivery times and days are all over the place, but for now... well.. SO! How are you all doing? I hope everyone is well. These are definitely challenging times - especially if you are one of those who are impacted by the energies in the ethers. Right now it is hard, no other way to say it.
WIth that said, this week on the audio it is focued mostly on big picture and all around and how we can manage it within our selves. The PHT content is still relevant for those who want to stay focused and on track with their (our) human training.
Also, please if you can, start downloading as much as you can for an offline library. I don't know if the internet will stay up - only time will tell - but much of what you find here and in many places will be very important if we all get cut off.

It is still really good for you!
But we focus on big picture stuff - as a way to reprioritize everything in this life changing moment in our life and history.

I hope this day finds you well and ridingn the waves of all this with everything you've got! It is more than a trying time... to say the least and super hard to focus!
But... we will keep at it as we begin a new month that is all about focusing on our posture. I know, it sounds crazy to think about this at a time like this - but it is so vital as the foundation of your ability to stay physically active and out of pain.
This is a reminder about all the ways stress affects us - and trauma is just really BAD stress!
So links below on the full audio, you'll get daily audio on our roll call and there is a LOT to look at for both the month and the quarter sections - so take a break from the virus info overload to do something pro-active!
I have faith in you, we all will do the best we can and as always, just taking it 24 hours at a time.
