Good Monday Morning! It's that time, again - it goes so fast! This month is all about the feet... excited you are I know! But with that said, it is simple and straightforward! So let's get started!

I love that picture, and when I got it ready to edit I really loved the symbolism - Freedom looking at the sign "dead end" behind him. Totally lucky as there was no setting that up, but really powerful! And honestly, I have no idea where that sign came from? I've not seen it in all the years I've been here? The wind did something to show me, both a literal and metaphorical 'sign'!!! With that said, let's dive in - the video went a bit long, but here we go:
We're also ready to launch a new month. This MAY I did things a bit differently with just basic information. The goal is get some kind of foot routine, so that will be the focus this month for our feet.
In the big picture it will be a schedule/process - so the new downloads are on the DIRECTORY page.

Good Easter Morning! How cute is that picture? The baby bunnies are out full force around here so this pic caught my eye. FYI, they don't hug, mostly the rabbits focus on other things... Since today is officially a holiday and you are most likely doing anything but THIS - I am forgoing the video this week. We're still on Posture and the focus this week is to pick one routing and try and do that for seven days to start building habit if you haven't already. Updates: Behind the scenes I am plugging along - stuff that isn't exciting now, but will be soon is in the works! You all will be the first to know and benefit from!
