We are now shifting gears and talking about our Posture and Alignment. Starting a fitness or movement program with an imbalance or poor posture is a sure fire recipe for injury. It's hard to take a step back and do the simple stuff, but I can't stress enough how important this step is.
The main objective is to find a time and place to start integrating the daily habit aspect to all this in your body - not just listening or watching, now we are moving too!
While a little unrealistic for most of us, movement is life when you boil most things down to their simplest form.
So, let the movement begin!
