It's our last week of November and here's what happened!

I'm not sure how it is on your end, but on mine it feels like I am hitting my stride with these! I'm trying to take what our weekly Primel Heart Training subject is, plus the over all month and quarter, and tie it into your life - but also current events to make sense of what is going on out in the world!
