I get it , decades ago. The exact circumstances are not definitive, the season is very well established. dear jill, Thank you . The audio only is less a distrating way for me to listen also . I also have my own vioce to contend with and its easyer to hear it then .
now that you have said it , for years I,ve been reacting to the feeling that something was going to change and was getting prepared for each possiblity , and after having decieded the sun was the culpuert my fear started falling away .
The knowing that I have no control has given me a freedom from trying to servive. That lets me have more room for who I am.
what you give me is the encuredgement to keep practicing staying centered . IE : for me thats medition and letting go .
Anyhow - wanted to give you some encourgement.

Turning of the key... my wife and I share the same experience, she had likened it to waking up..

Exactly the shelter type that I intend constructing. I'm currently living in a tent full time, so once I've relocated to a suitable location ( I'm too close to the coast here in the UK, and too close to sea level) I'll be starting on my shelter.
Another method I'd considered is laying up fibreglass over a tent, to form a rigid dome structure, which I'd then cover with earth.
